This small hotel stands out for its nice design. The location is central. The restaurant is great and the food is fresh.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly and we would go back in flash. It was in the central location to everything in Tulum. The rooms of the hotel were spotless with a fan.

nice basic hotel in a very quiet area just next door to downtown tulum, bars and tulum. outstandingly accommodating personnel, reasonably large and beautiful rooms with a/c, free coffee and a fan.

Location: the hotel was not far from downtown and clubs, a taxi and many restaurants close. Great to be 500 feet away from Hashtag Poke, enjoyed our meal there. Our room was well decorated and new-fashioned, had feather pillows. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a fairly clean bathroom a shower, free toiletries, and bath sheets.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

The location was particularly good - close to restaurants and bars. We were 900 feet away from Hashtag Poke, that offered quick meals. Liked our rooms with a fan.

Quick check-in, cash only. Early check-in accepted. Stylish room design, comfy bed, provided water bottles. Effective AC. Spacious and clean bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Strong wifi. Convenient location near bus station and colectivos to beach/cenotes. Polite and helpful staff. Great value and highly recommended.

kin ha was a delightful surprise during my longer stay in tulum. the rooftop area was attractive and comfortable, perfect for enjoying breakfast and reading. the staff went above and beyond, catering to my gluten allergy and providing helpful recommendations for exploring the area. borrowing bikes directly from the hotel was a convenient bonus.

For the price, I got great value for my money. The room was clean and beautiful, and the hotel had a charming vibe. The location was perfect, close to the main avenue and everything I needed. The staff was kind and very helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more choices to choose from.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the cool terrace, both sunbathing and watching thunderstorms. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to Main Street. We couldn't recommend this place enough, it's definitely a 10/10 in our books!

Our experience at Kin Ha Tulum Hotel felt almost like being at home, with no reason to complain.

Had a great stay at Kin Ha in Tulum! The room was clean and cute, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The WiFi worked well, making it easy to browse the internet in bed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main street with restaurants and access to transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a safe and convenient stay in town.

Spent NYE in a charming hotel with spacious, well-maintained rooms! Loved how it was conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. appreciated the complimentary breakfast served on the top floor, which had a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff was so friendly, and they even suggested some great places to visit during our stay.

There wasn't much soundproofing, so we could hear some street noise throughout the night. it was difficult to find parking nearby during peak hours, which was a hassle.

The rooms at this hotel are clean and well-maintained, with the option to upgrade to a room with AC and hot water. The little garden outside each room is a charming touch, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location in Tulum town is convenient, being just a short walk away from the center.
